Gordon Head is primarily known for established single-family neighbourhoods, but the housing stock varies considerably.

Buying a Home in Gordon Head
Older homes are part of Gordon Head's appeal, but buyers should look beyond cosmetic finishes.
Depending on the age and history of a property, it can be important to investigate electrical systems, plumbing, drainage, heating, insulation, roofing, previous renovations, permits, suites and other building components.
The goal isn't to avoid older homes — it's to understand what you're buying.
Selling a Home in Gordon Head
Selling successfully in Gordon Head requires more than applying a generic Saanich price-per-square-foot calculation.
Exact location, lot size, condition, renovation quality, floor plan, views, sun exposure, school proximity, topography and comparable nearby sales can all influence value.
Strong marketing should explain why your particular property — and its specific Gordon Head location — deserves attention.
